/////ABOUT THE EVENT:

EAT, DRINK, AND CELEBRATE WORLD-CLASS PUBLIC ART. LAND studio (www.land-studio.org) and Market Garden are hosting a street festival to highlight city-wide public art inspired by literary works from the Anisfield-Wolf Book Awards (www.anisfield-wolf.org) confronting topics of racism, diversity, equity and social justice amid rich human culture. The works of the INTER|URBAN are installed along the RTA rapid transit lines and bring art and literature to people in the most equitable manner — through the moving canvas of public transportation.

To celebrate Women's History Month, Canopy will host it's first ever all-women's group show:

GIRLFRIENDS.

GIRLFRIENDS is a celebration of the strong bonds created between women and the importance of those friendships throughout our lives. While opposite sex friendships are also important, there is something very special about having dependable, intimate friendships between women.
